The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, Vienna

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's great location near the Beethoven Memorial site and a lovely park. The room on the 6th floor was spacious and well-appointed, though no upgrades were offered. The shower and bath were fantastic, making my stay comfortable. However, the price could have been more competitive.

I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The suite was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, offering a comfortable, modern, and elegant atmosphere. On the downside, I had two beds instead of a king size, which felt more like a standard business hotel room.

The heat setting required adjustment but was promptly addressed by the engineering team.
